Our colleague Patricia Canning is one of the authors of an important report released today on the experiences of football fans before, during and after the 2022 Champions League Final in Paris

The findings of the report were referred to by the BBC team who put together the Panorama programme on this airing at 8pm UK time on Monday 17 October 2022

Patricia says, “The report could not have been written without fans’ testimonies, which collectively demonstrate the shocking treatment they suffered, particularly at the hands of those who should have ensured their safety”
